Key points from the digital agreement

We are proud of our transparency and our commitment to protecting your rights in every aspect of our service. Please read the key points regarding our digital agreement and privacy policy below.

Key points from the digital agreement

By submitting a case or accepting our services, you enter into a digital agreement with Casino Legale Team.

Our fee structure consists of a fixed case fee and a success fee. The fixed case fee is payable at the start of the engagement. The success fee is only charged if we successfully recover funds on your behalf.

Our services are strictly limited to claims against illegal online casinos that operate without a valid European licence. We do not accept or handle claims against licensed and regulated operators (including but not limited to PokerStars, Unibet, Bet365 and similar platforms).

You agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information, as well as all relevant supporting evidence (transaction records, account details, correspondence, screenshots, etc.). Incomplete or incorrect information may affect the handling of your case.

Casino Legale Team acts solely as an intermediary and support service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent you in court.

If formal legal action becomes necessary, we can assist in referring you to a specialised lawyer or recognised legal partner. Any engagement with such a lawyer will be subject to a separate agreement between you and that lawyer.

All information and documents you provide will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

You may terminate the agreement at any time. In that case, the fixed case fee remains due for the work already performed.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a case if the information provided is insufficient, if the casino falls outside our scope, or if we consider the chances of recovery too low.

The full terms of the digital agreement will be presented to you before any paid work begins and require your explicit acceptance.
