1. What are your fees?

We work with a transparent fee structure consisting of a fixed case fee and a success fee:

  €5,000 – €15,000 → Fixed case fee €500 + 25% success fee

  €15,000 – €50,000 → Fixed case fee €750 + 20% success fee

  Above €50,000 → Fixed case fee €1000 + 15% success fee

The fixed case fee covers the initial assessment, case preparation and first actions. The success fee only applies if we successfully recover funds for you.

2. What does Casino Legale Team do?

We act as intermediaries for people who have lost money at illegal online casinos. We assist with building a case file, filing complaints and recovering funds.

3. What personal data do you collect?

We only collect the data that is necessary to properly handle your case, such as:

  Name, address and date of birth

  Email address and contact details

  Transaction data and supporting evidence

4. How long do you keep my data?

We apply the following retention periods:

  We keep your data for up to 6 months after your case has been closed.

  After that, all sensitive data is securely deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

  Accounting data (such as invoices) is retained for 7 years, in accordance with tax legislation.

5. Can I request earlier deletion of my data?

Yes. You always have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. Please note that we may still need to retain certain data as long as your case is ongoing or a legal obligation applies.

6. How do you secure my data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as:

  Secure storage (local or cloud-based)

  Passwords and restricted access

  Encryption of sensitive files

7. Do you share my data with others?

No. We do not share your data with third parties, unless this is strictly necessary for legal reasons and only with your consent.

8. What happens to my data after a successful case?

Once your case has been fully completed and no further action is required, your data will be securely deleted within 6 months.

Accounting data is retained for 7 years in accordance with tax legislation.
